This is the service tool you will need to install/replace fork oil and dust seals on motorcycles with 49mm diameter forks, but please check that this is the part you require before ordering.This tool is 3D printed in a high strength polymer. The narrow end of the tool is inserted into the outer fork to seat the oil seal using a rubber mallet to seat the seal. It can then be turned around to use the wider end to seat the dust seal, again using a mallet or gentle force from the axle end to seat the seal. Unlike steel versions this polymer tool will not damage seals or scratch your fork sliders. The tool clicks together without the need for any cable ties or other fixings.
