Description: You are purchasing three Honeywell TC500A-N units. They have all been tested and reset to factory settings. Each unit will come with the wiring plate. Two units have the set screw that permanently connects the faceplate to the backplate (this is not needed as the unit snaps into place). One wiring plate had an issue releasing the 'R' wire and it's hole for release has been enlarged (as pictured). The 'R' port still works, but it may not securely hold the wire.
