This pillow is safe to wash in cold water and you can toss it in the dryer. Each side provides a little different angle of support. If you hold stress in your neck and shoulders, this pillow may help. Using this pillow kept me out of the chiropractors office. Before I tried this pillow, I was in constant pain. I made the transition to a bone pillow and I haven't slept on anything else since. I take this pillow everywhere I travel.
