International buyers please pay for shipping charges to your country. We do insure all packages and will provide proof of insurance if needed to file a claim. Packaging: All items are packaged to the shipping guidelines per carrier. Freight shipments are strapped to a pallet and cellophane wrapped. Feedback: We appreciate positive feedback. We leave feedback as soon as we receive feedback from you. If you have any problems with your item, please let us know ASAP so we can do our best to resolve any issues. Returns: When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in (example “New” “Unopened” “Sealed" “Working” etc). All components and accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment.
