If a part that is returned in good working condition is not packed properly, resulting in the item not being relisted for sale, there will be a restocking fee of 20%. (3) Each of our boards has a unique signature, so be sure that you are not returning your defective/damaged parts in the place of our boards! In the event that a board is returned without a signature, you will be prompted to return the correct board, and will be required to cover shipping on the second return. Until we receive the correct board(s), no refund will be issued.
