We go through a distributor, so I will NOT have product the same time Walmart/Target get their product. Larger direct supply vendors get priority shipping over everyone else (Walmart/Target/etc...). They generally get product a couple weeks before folks who go thru distributors. We (Ace Hardware) have to wait for product to arrive to our distributor and then product ships from Chicago, IL to my location in Idaho (which take 3-5 days depending on the size of the order). Release date (not ship date) is when product is scheduled to arrive to vendors with direct accounts (Walmart, Target, etc).
