If the item needs to be returned, you will have 30 days to return the item with the buyer paying the postage and making sure the item is returned safely. These 2 coins are Uncirculated and may have a scratch or a mark on them and YES the mint puts marks on Uncirculated coins. I also try to combine shipping. Item will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer and if you purchase a number of items, we will try to ship them together to cut down on shipping costs. All items will be shipped first class postage with a tracking number. Tracking number for E-Bay standard envelope up to 3 ounces at a low cost and at 4 ounces around $3.75 depending on the total weight of all the items being shipped and your area of the U.S.A.. If additional postage and insurance is requested by the buyer the cost will be added to the shipping cost of the buyer.
