This is a SEALED Certificate of Appreciation, for the Migratory Bird Hunting an Conservation Stamp for the 2010 - 2011 Season. This includes a mint unused duck stamp, face value of $15, which pictures an American Wigeon Duck. The multicolor certificate pictures the duck stamp, and also the Hooded Merganser Duck Junior Duck Stamp for the season. NOTE: an actual Merganser stamp is not included inside this packed, but is just pictured on the card. The $15 regular duck stamp IS INCLUDED. This was limited to only 28,000 printed / issued by the US Department of Interior, so is quite scarce and a neat collectible. Certificate and stamp is in original MINT condition, still sealed in original plastic/cellophane package. This will make a nice addition to your collection.
