Description: 2007 Donruss Threads #5 Steve McNair NFL QB Baltimore Ravens, Tennessee Titans and Houston Oilers NM+ Condition/Pack Fresh. 1st round pick for the Houston Oilers in 1995 and played Two seasons in Houston before they moved and became the Tennessee Titans. McNair may have been the Houston Oilers last QB but I don’t remember who was in the mix with him during the 1995 and 1996 seasons as he only played a handful of games before 1997. He finished his Career with the Baltimore Ravens. Shortly after his retirement his was tragically murdered. Steve McNair and his Tennessee Titans were the 1999 Super Bowl Runner up to the St. Louis Rams led by HOF QB Kurt Warner. On the final play of that years Super Bowl, McNair escaped pressure and completed a pass to Kevin Dyson downfield who fell one yard short of a Touchdown. Clearly a worthy candidate for the Hall of Fame in my opinion and one of the better Passing/Running dual threat Quarterbacks during the mid-late 1990’s.
