The choke cable holder and the plastic vent hose coupler are broken .The jet needle is missing and the plastic needle jet retainer is also missing. It will need cleaned. So thus it is for parts or repair only. The fuel screw limiter cap has never been removed. There are scratches and corrosion As can be seen in the pictures.
