2003 St. Nicholas Square "Sprinkle's Candy Factory & Store" (Village Collection)

Description: This beautiful Porcelain/Ceramic "Sprinkle's Candy Factory & Store" building will be a great addition to your "Village Collection" Christmas Village Collection! This Series is by St Nicholas Square, was made in 2002, and is a retired item. This hand painted building measures about 9" long x 6" wide x 9.5" tall and is in very good to excellent condition (subject to opinion) with no major obvious scratches or blemishes on the front and sides. The back has a vertical white streak left of the door that appears to have dripped from the roof during the original hand painting (just a theory, I could be wrong) - otherwise no other issues or blemishes on the back. The building is generally very clean, but may need a little more cleaning. The building includes a working light bulb that lights the interior and really adds to the beauty of this piece. Includes the original box (has some tears and signs of wear) and interior Styrofoam packaging. Also includes original instructions and a pamphlet about the Village Collection along with a collection checklist. Please check the pictures closely to see the condition of the building to make sure you agree with my condition assessment.
