Based game open, but unused. I believe this is the 2nd Edition, since it contains the expansions for 2nd Edition. Wizard Kings is an exciting fantasy battle game with armies of elves, dwarves, orcs, undead, and three human armies (feudal, barbarian, amazon). Players customize their armies and fight for control of strategic cities and terrain on geomorphic maps. Wizard Kings can play in as little as one hour or be used as part of a miniatures campaign for months. Victory conditions vary with the many possible scenarios. The new version is multi-player out of the box. A collectible expansion blockset has been released at the same time. Second Edition Army Expansions In the second edition of Wizard Kings, expansion units are sold in a random booster format that includes three new blocks for each of seven armies. (Note that the Ferkin army has been replaced with the new Feudal army in the second edition.). In 2012 the initial Heroes & Treasures expansion sets were supplemented by Ancient Kings with an assortment of seven historical armies. Heroes & Treasures - Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, Undead, and three human armies: Feudal, Barbarian, Amazon - also included in the base game Ancient Kings - Egyptians, Greeks, Persians, Romans, Huns, Chinese, and Japanese.
