The top layer is the application tape. 2. The middle layer is the vinyl brushed effect decal. 3. The bottom layer is the backing paper. Instructions 1. Use scicors to separate two decals 2. Put the decal on flat surface, with the back paper is on the top 3. Slightly remove back paper from the corner and make shure that letters pull out from the back paper and stay on transparent application tape. 4. Apply on desired surface 5.Using the squeegee and light pressure, start from top centre and with horizontal strokes, apply the vinyl. Carry on this way removing sections of backing each time. 6.
