Description: White background are of a similar pair, but I can’t photograph mine quite as well! All green backgrounds onwards are mine. The bases of mine are in great condition, also the shades are in excellent shape and condition. Some wear on the one. Bases are excellent. 1930s "Localite" lamps by walligraph 1930s Factory bench/desk lamps Art deco/Modernist design Black enamel shades Heavy cast bases (each lamp weighs approx 5kg) Original condition with aged patina. Tall, elegant design. Look great wherever you put them. Condition Both lamps are fully working, but not currently PAT tested (always advisable to get old lamps checked). The lamps have been rewired with black vintage flex. Extremely heavey hence high post The shades remain in good condition. The enamel paintwork on both shades is a little chipped/scuffed in places The paintwork on the arms and bases is worn with small areas of light rusting. Please be aware that these are vintage items and therefore not perfect.
