They have small holes in the top and rubber stoppers in the bottom but are really for decorative use only. They are Watkins item number 5689. They in the original box never opened.. Condition is New. In opening a sealed new box to inspect, the bottles are in excellent condition with the exception of light crazing on the top of the pepper shaker.
