White clean metal primer covers approximately 550 sq. ft. per gallon at 1 mil. dry or 275 sq. ft. per gallon at 2 mils. dry. Dries to touch in 2 to 4 hours, to handle in 5 to 9 hours, and to recoat in 24 hours. Thin with no more than half pint paint thinner per gallon.
