They tested at 79, and 67 with 46 being the minimum allowable on my TV7 tube tester. We test all our tubes on a calibrated TV-7U or Sencore tube testers. Some large transmitting tubes are tested on custom built testers or actual amplifiers. Some audio output tubes are tested with a match maker and I list the IP (plate) current as well as the mutual conductance. All my used tubes have been well tested (sometimes twice).
