The "Official Views" is a fold-out of 12 scenes at the Fair. The "Dexter" packet contains 12 postcard views, and it does not seem to have ever been opened. There is light creasing to the fold-out and a small tear at the slit into which the flap would tuck in; the Dexter packet has a bit of creasing along the top edge; these are nice and presentable items: FINE condition.
