This listing is for a RARE Postcard depicting the cast of “The Life of Riley” with a hand written note and signature of Chester A. Riley. Chester Riley was the main character of a situational comedy television show that ran from 1953-1958. The date stamp on the card is 1955. The stamp is a 2 cent John Adams stamp. This item is part of a large stamp collection. This item has not been authenticated by a third party company; however, as the character of Chester Riley was played byWilliam Bendix we believe William Bendix has signed the card in character. This is rare as there are autographs of William Bendix in the market but we were unable to find one of his character as pictured. The pictures are part of the description, what you see is what you get. Since we are not experts in authenticating this listing by any means, please inspect the pictures and be the judge.
