Description: This is an exceptionally nice matched pair of two (2) Original Sprague .022mfd 400v PIO Bumble Bee Capacitors! Both values measure .029 according to my Sencore LC75. It’s rare to find PIO Bumble bees that have drifted this little in value! Both capacitors also have nice long original length leads. These will work in a guitar tone-circuit, but due to having DC leakage will NOT work at their rated voltage (as used in a tube amp circuit). Sold As Is due to their vintage. Note: for those measuring caps with a DMM, my Fluke DMM shows both of these as measuring a bit higher around .048 / .053 but I have displayed the LC75 results in this listing since it’s a calibrated purpose-built device for analyzing capacitors to a high level of accuracy.
