Description: You are looking at 1x live plant of Schisandra sphenanthera, aka five flavor fruit or southern magnolia vine. It is used in TCM much like Schisandra chinensis. Also called "na wu wei zi", this Schisandra species is also used for food, medicine, wine, vinegar, and soap. It's a perennial vine hardy to colder zones, with reports as low as USDA zone 6 and even 4. Note that it is typically dioecious, so it's best to plant more than one. These specimens were grown from seed over the past year and are well-started. Note: I only ship to legal locations within the contiguous USA. This excludes AK and HI.
