Description: Antique Japanese Meiji Period Flow Blue Porcelain bowl. This 19c bowl 1868-1912 Is lovely. There are some inherent pitting in the porcelain during the time of manufacture and some discolorations in the glazing in parts where it may have been applied unevenly. Scalloped edges and designs on inside and outside of the bowl that seem to tell a story. Glazing remains shiny with no scratches or damage. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. Bowl measures just shy of 9" in diameter and stands 3.5" tall. Base is unmarked. Mynichemarket is a pet free and smoke free environment.
