Description: 1999 CRISP $10 TEN DOLLAR FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE “OVERPRINT BACK NUMBER ERROR” The ERROR on the back of this note looks highly unique and unusual. The back appears to have a blotch ink errors in a few places that I can't make of. Or was there a number being printed? Or was there a blotching of the ink? Or were the threads on the paper material smeared? I am not sure. You can decide for yourself. NEVER SEEN ANY ERROR LIKE THIS BEFORE.
