Description: PCGS 1997-D Kennedy half double-struck with the 2nd strike 75% off-center and die struck on both sides. A superb examply, with the 2nd strike nicely positioned a little south of the front of Kennedy's face. The coin has some scratches, but they are all on the coin's reverse, and the obverse (the main side!) is superb! Uncirculated details, with blazing luster and white surfaces, and with scratches on the reverse, but none on the obverse.
