Description: Up for sale, a 1996 Dobro Duolian D90 in exceptional condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This Dobro is among the rarest models of the OMI era, likely only produced for one year, and is also one of the finest, featuring single cone construction with a biscuit bridge, maple body, and a birdseye maple neck capped with a rosewood fretboard. Tonally, this D90 has a full-bodied tone with a glassy immediacy and punch. The overtones are sweet and singing, and there’s a smoothness to the trebles that complements the warm, barking low end. Additionally, there's a natural articulation and shimmer emblematic of maple as a tonewood, and this resonator is very responsive to user inputs.
