Description: 1995 Lot of Two Oman Banknotes 100 and 200 Baisa Pick Numbers 31 and 32 Central Bank of Oman Crisp Uncirculated For your World Currency Collection-PCU1894-1895 Details Description: A nice lot of two crisp uncirculated banknotes from Oman. These are the 1995 one hundred Baisa and the two hundred Baisa banknotes issued by The Central Bank of Oman. The notes depict the bust of Sultan Qaboos to the right of the front. The 100 Baisa note is generally green in color on multicolored background, while the 200 Baisa note is generally blue on multicolored background. They show an irrigation system at left on the 100 Baisa and an Airport at left of on the 200 baisa on the front. The back of the notes shows an eagle and horned animal on the 100 Baisa and a center for marine science and fisheries by a seaport on the 200 Baisa. The front of the notes is in Arabic while the back is in English. Both notes carry the signature of the Sultan on the front. The front also has the serial number, the denomination and the date. The 100 Bisa has the serial number 0832099 and is series Jeem/3 and the 200 Bisa has the serial number 7004803 and is series Jeem/1. Both notes have a watermark depicting the bust of Sultan Qaboos. Condition: I would grade both banknotes as crisp uncirculated with all the details being well preserved. The notes are clean, crisp, with no folds, no stains, and no graffiti.
