Description: This is for a very undervalued PSA graded Dominique Wilkins 1993 Finest Refractor. This batch of PSA cards is freshly graded and, I think, graded under the new mandate by PSA to be harder on certain eras of cards. They are being impossible with 1993 Finest Refractors lately and I don't think the graders can even tell what the centering it supposed to be. I would bet most of these would have graded 1 or 2 grades higher during the old grading periods. Please let me know if I can answer any questions you might have via the ebay message system.
