1989-1991 Corvette Rochester Product Multec Fuel Injector Replacement Parts Kit

Description: 1989 - 1991 L98 Corvette injector parts replacement kit that contains eight (8), new Fuel Injector Retainer Clips, eight (8) new Inlet Screens and sixteen (16) new O-rings. Total of 32 pieces. This kit will service eight fuel injectors. These parts fit Rochester Products "Multec" injectors. (It will also fit 1987-1988 Rochester early style injectors with metal pintle caps.) Check my other items for kits that fit 1985-1986 and 1987-1988 Bosch and Lucas style injectors for Corvettes. The injectors pictured are for illustration purposes only and are NOT included. Note: The o-rings must be lubricated with light oil or petroleum jelly during installation. Failure to do so may result in damage to the o-rings. Retainer clip installation:Proper installation of the retainer clips requires the receiver grooves in the injectors and the fuel rail to be clean. The clips must be carefully and correctly aligned with the receiver grooves in the fuel rail as they are installed and rotated. If they are not aligned, the clips can be damaged as they are rotated into the locked position by hand. Special tools are not needed to accomplish this. (Hammers are forbidden.) Rocking the injectors slightly from side to side as the clips are rotated may help with locking them in position.
