Description: Condition: On September 14, 1986 the Chicago Bears defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 13-10 in overtime. Bears running backWalter Payton rushed for 177 yards and a touchdown which was his 100th career rushing TD and during this game healso reached the 15,000 career rushing yard plateau. This also marked the Bears first game against former defensive coordinator Buddy Ryan, who was in his first year ashead coach of the Eagles. The Bears defensive picked off both Ron Jaworski and Matt Cavanaugh twice each. Thiswas a very emotional game for the Bears and Buddy Ryan as they reunited in opposition for the first time since theywere so successful working together in Super Bowl XX, which is widely regarded as one of the greatest footballteams and defensive units in NFL history. There has only been 4 of these ticket stubs ever graded by PSA as of 4/26/24 with 2 as PSA 4’s, and only one ishigher as a PSA 6. It is a nice example with good color and eye appeal. The corners have moderate wear androunding which appears to be the main reason for the PSA 4 grade.
