JOE FLINT He has overall good joints, little paint wear and paint rubs, New O-ring and no screw rust. It looks like someone popped him in the temple with a bb pellet at some point on the upper right temple, really good figure except for that. Appearance: black beret with red emblem; black hair; black shirt with green ammo belts; green and brown camouflage pants with brown belts and gloves; green and black boots. Accessories: original olive-green backpack with angled canteen and dynamite sculpted on back; replacement black shotgun, I am also including an aftermarket tight black revolver handgun,more modern black bomb satchel with intact strap, the figure stand pictured is included. The vintage MILTON BRADLEY dual-sided game card is in good condition and comes with the stand that doubles as a figure stand, the 1987 COMIC IMAGES collector card #14 is near mint and all are great for display. Bored by the Groves of Academe, he enlisted in the Army and applied the tenacity and concentration he had used so well scholastically to grind his way through Airborne School, Ranger School, Special Forces School, and finally Flight Warrant Officers School . . . . A thorough tactical planner, Flint drafted and personally led a half dozen rescue missions in hostile territories that for obvious reasons of security were never publicized let alone admitted to. While most folks find it hard to believe after working with the man, Dashiell actually started out his life as an English Literature major, getting his degree as a Rhodes scholar. However, he quickly grew bored with the 'Groves of Academe', and in order to inject some adventure into his life, he enlisted. His scholastic diligence helped him push his way through Airborne School, Ranger School, Special Forces School, and even Flight Warrant Officers School, all of which he passed with flying colors. Being so skilled at what he does, Dashiell wound up drafting and leading numerous rescue operations. For security reasons, however, the details of these missions, including who he rescued and who he rescued them from, have yet to be revealed. However, it is believed that it was during one (or several) such missions that Dashiell met and impressed upon the G.I. Joe team's Duke just how good he was. Not that Duke was on the Joe team at that time, mind you.
