I've glued and repaired as much as I could, but some things were not fixable as shown. The cracks are not that big and the glue I used is awesome and holding everything really well. The dungeon door won't stay in place and has to be propped. There may be a way to repair it if your handy. As for the lever mechanism, I have no clue how it's supposed to work, but I do know there is a smaller piece that goes along with it that is missing.
