The largest oval beads are ¾” and the smaller round beads are ½”. The necklace and hoop earrings have a translucent glow. The necklace fold over closure is signed “Napier©”. The necklace is shown on page 571 of “The Napier Co.” by Melinda Lewis. The 1 ¼” Lucite tortoise shell hoop earrings are unsigned. Overall, the beads and gold-plated gilt spacers are in very good condition. There are subtle signs of wear under magnification to the gold-plated finish and beads due to age. The foldover closure has gold-plated finish wear. There is no butterfly clutch on the hoop earrings.
