This year set was offered as the starting basic collection and did not include the $9.35 Express Mail, the 10 stamp booklet pane 20c Flag over the Supreme Court or the $5.00 Official Mail, but provided space and information within the album'There is an order form in the envelope that would have been used to get the 3 issues above, but of course is not available 40 years later. The stamps and stationery have been mounted in the mounts provided onto the album pages in excellent condition.
