Description: 1983 Topps Baseball Cardboard Top Rack Pack Wade Boggs RC Top (CUT/PLEASE READ) Upon closer inspection it looks like there was a cut/rip underneath the Boggs cell at some point. It doesn’t look like it extends across the whole bottom card from what I can see but unsure if this was tampered with or just an unintentional partial cut/rip at some point. I highly doubt it would pass any sort of authentication but still a neat rack as it has the much rarer cardboard header as well as a nice centered mint Boggs rookie showing. The lower price reflects the damage to the pack.
