Description: This is a 1980-81 signed and numbered 7550/12950 federal duck stamp print by Richard W Plasschaert of Mallards. This item includes 2 stamps, one signed by the artist and the other is unsigned. It also has the folio. Stamps have original gum and have never been hinged. This item is 100% original and its from my private collection. It has never been exposed to light and in fact it has never been handled outside of the clear wrap or taken out even for the pictures you see here, so the shadows you see on the pictures are from the clear wrap. You will not find a better print than this and it is way beyond mint condition, its like brand new. I am selling off my entire collection of prints, including several Bev Doolittle's.
