Description: For sale is an gorgeous 1976-S US Bicentennial Silver Mint 3-Coin Set in its original government packaging. The Bicentennial coins were minted in 1975 & 1976 to commemorate the Bicentennial of the United States. This set contains the Bicentennial versions of the Eisenhower Dollar, Kennedy Half, and Washington Quarter -- and all 3 are 40% silver. It was the first time they minted a 40% silver Half Dollar since 1970 and the very first and only time they ever minted a 40% silver Quarter. These Bicentennial versions have different reverses than the regular issued coins. The set comes in its original government packaging which consists of the the red outer envelope and insert card from the Mint.As you can see from the pics these coins are in just about perfect condition. Every little detail on the coins just pop, and they would all grade at very high MS grades. The coins have no major toning and no major blemishes. I do have multiple sets available in the exact same condition and packaging if you were looking to buy more than one. I always give discounts for multiple quantities and always combine shipping. This is a great historic set to have at a great price. Thanks!
