Description: All original 1972 Schwinn Paramount P15-9 in all chrome. I purchased this bike a few years from the family of the original owner who purchased it new in 1972 in Chicago. I have the original sales slip. The model P15-9 is a 15 speed bike and was available in any Schwinn color or all chrome. This bike has been completely disassembled down to the spokes and bearings. Everything has been cleaned, degreased and inspected. Any worn or incorrect parts have been replaced with the correct original 1972 parts. All original Campagnolo Record components including front and rear derailleurs (rear is Gran Turismo), shifters, cranks, chain rings, pedals, seat post, headset, brakes, brake levers and hubs.The saddle is the correct Brooks Professional.The rims are aluminum alloy Weinmann Concave 27 x 1 1/4 As part of the service, I installed new tires/tubes, cables, brake pads and correct red cloth wraps.
