1971 Honda SL 100

Description: Thank you so far for the offers this past week. A couple were close, but we're not there yet!!!! I have REDUCED the asking price $1k so far, but we have to be realistic!!! I am selling my pride and JOY! I am a pvt party collector. I have owned dozens of the nicest 1960's and 70's Hondas. I display them in my homes, and I do ride them to keep them 100 pct. functional. I have a long time certified Honda mechanic as a buddy, who if need be, does any and all adjustments as needed. They are maintained perfectly. THIS is a very special SL 100. It is the first of my collection, and was restored by a retired Law Enforcement Officer out of Florida. It was his favorite as well. He OVER RESTORED it. Which simply means he took it apart 100 pct., and cleaned, refinished, painted, powder coated, zinc'ed, chromed or polished everything to SHOW quality! As you can see by the pictures. It starts right up, rides great, has NO blemishes on it and is show worthy. I only use 93 Octane Racing Fuel in the bikes..., (see pic of fuel can), Keeps everything nice and clean and NO fuel or carb issues! I do have a current title on the bike, free and clear. I have considerably more than the asking price invested in this example. If it were to go to Mecum or Barrett, it would bring way over this price....but I don't want to hassle that endeavor.
