So I slit the side of the shrink wrap and peeked, All Here, except the back of the envelope. I have called this NEW, due to the fact that it is has never been used and it is Uncut & Factory Folded, though the envelope does show wear. Pattern has been handled and may not be folded along original lines or folded on the same lines as when I found it, so that I could check for completeness of pieces.
