Description: 1970 Norfolk & Western Railroad Responsibility Material Reporting Instruction Manual Motive Power and Equipment. Prepared by the director of Information Systems, Roanoke Virginia. Construction paper cover. Measures about 12" x 9" with 34 pages. Was used in a classroom, with minor notations and other markings on just a few pages. Clean with only light wear to the pages. Back cover has pulled away from the staples, but the bottom staple is still attached. Cover has minor edge and corer wear, light creasing.
