There isn't much else that I can see that is wrong with the card condition. I did what I could to show you close up shots of the whole card. THIS CARD IS NOT PROFESSIONALLY GRADED. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE EXACT CARD SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS. I see no signs of creases, nor any other significant surface issues that a camera may not pick up.
