Description: Good used 4 speed toploader. RUG-M decodes as a 1967 Mustang or Cougar with 390...wide ratio. Turns freely..I ran it through all the gears and it worked fine. Was found (not by me..lol) in a storage auction. Likely been stored for years. Will post pictures with the top cover off soon.
