The Frisco operated a number of famous "named" trains, to include the Florida Special (Kansas City-Birmingham-Jacksonville), the Will Rogers (St. Louis-Oklahoma City), the Memphian (St. Louis-Memphis), the Firefly (Tulsa-Kansas City), the Meteor (St. Louis-Oklahoma City), and the Black Gold (Tulsa-Fort Worth). It bears a validation date on the back. The ticket is in excellent condition, even though it is now over 55 years old. It has no rips or tears, no spills or stains, -- just conductor's punch holes from its use, an irregular corner tear from when the conductor separated the tickets, and two small staple holes from when the Frisco bound a lot of tickets together.
