Over the past year the car went trough driver oriented restoration with a complete tune up, fluids changed, brakes gone over, new exhaust etc. The car runs and drives and stops very good. This is a rare beautiful car that would be an asset to any collection. Vehicle Details 1963 Ford Fairlane Sports Coupe, original K code 289 high performance engine with a T-10 4 speed. Originally a California car with a beautiful rust free body and floors. The car was believed to be modified by Shelby American in the 60’s and referred to as a “lightening bolt” modifications that remain on the car include; Paxton Supercharger, 4.33 posi traction rear differential, Shelby Tach on the dash, Fiberglass fenders and hood, cobra aluminum high rise intake manifold. The interior is original and in very good condition. The paint is excellent. The bumpers are original and show well but do have some signs of wear.
