Description: The program is in very good condition with all of the pages secure and no tears. The lineup is included and has been folded. Numerous pictures were taken to assist with the condition and content of the program and lineup. The 1962 Southeastern 500 was held at Bristol International Speedway on July 29th. A crowd of 15,000 attended this 500 lap race that saw 44 cars take the green. Fireball Roberts started on the pole but would drop out early with ignition problems. The race was won by Jim Paschal driving a Petty Plymouth. He was followed by Fred Lorenzen, Richard Petty, Johnny Allen, and Nelson Stacy.
