Description: 1970s blue floral romper. Looks like a mini dress but has shorts! Blue with neon floral print and drop waist. Fabulous. Comes with sash that can be used as a belt, neck tie, hair scarf, or whatever! Handmade. Feels like cotton. Whoever made this also added a zipper to the crotch area to make it easier to go to the bathroom. Minor wear throughout. Only notable flaw is a one inch thread run by the collar. (Pictured last). Fits M-L but see measurements. Pit to pit: 19”. Natural waist: 18”. Drop waist/hip: 19.5-20”. Inseam of shorts: 4.5”. Torso: 33”. Total length: 34”.
