Based on some research this appears to be for several models, including the 1958 1989 1960 1961 Chevy Deluxe Pickup truck, C10 model, and the 1958 1959 19601 1961 Chevrolet car, Biscayne, Belair, Kingswood, Sedan Delivery, Parkwood, Delray, Brookwood station wagon, Impala, and the 1965 Chevy II. Condition - NO CRACKS, a nice wheel that just needs to be painted to match your dash or interior. Almost all of these have severe cracking on the hub and this one does not have any cracks anywhere, nice safe wheel that won't fall apart. Nice wheel ready to install with some fresh paint. I do not have the horn center ring .
