Description: Travel back in time with this old violin. The inside label is peeling off, but it reads Copy of Schweitzer/1954/Made in Germany. With a 13-1/4" body and 22-1/4" overall length, it's 7/8 size. The bridge is set a bit too high, so the action is high. Please see photo. Some maniac did a very ugly repair on it, using some kind of foam to repair the top treble edge and side rib. It has various scuffs and scrapes, but no cracks. Sound post is standing. No case. No bow. It will be properly wrapped with bubble wrap for shipping. It's ugly, but plays. Questions? It will be well packed with plenty of new 1/2" bubble wrap and shipped in a new 32"x19"x7" stout cardboard instrument box.
