Description: Incredible estate find brought home from NASA’s John Glenn Laboratory in Cleveland back in the 1950’s. Edward Calmer worked as an artist with the engineering department at NASA (and its predecessor NACA) from the 1940’s until his retirement in the 1980’s. He brought home his original drawings and blueprints from the first propulsion laboratory and research center, tucked them in the rafters of his house until they were recently unearthed. This is an ORIGINAL NASA drawing that was done in the 1950’s at the facility. This is the hand drawn original, not a copy. I have contacted John Glenn’s archivist and historian to verify they are legal to own. See our other listings of his work. I will ship for free if you do not want them in the frame they are in. Will bundle for a discount! 27” x 38” total size in frame. Absolutely incredible piece of NASA history!
