Description: October1948 Sport Magazine - Lou Gehrig Cover - Lower Grade Front cover features a nice picture of Lou Gehrig. Inside features articles and loads of pictures. Magazine shows normal, moderate to heavy wear with light warping and a small piece of the cover missing at the bottom right. The back cover shows moderate moisture staining and is ripped at the spine. The spine shows very heavy wear and tearing. Minor age toning on some pages on the otherwise relatively well preserved inside. A little moisture exposure on the last few pages. Not a high grade example but the interior and cover photo are still nice, especially for its age. Item Description: Measures 11" x 8 1/2". 104 pages.
